Prof. J.-S. Wu is honored to be invited to become the International Organizing Committee member of DPS 2015 (the 37th International Symposium on Dry Process), which will be held in Awaji Yumebutai International Conference Center, JAPAN, on November 5-6, 2015. This is one of the most well-known conferences focusing on plasma processing science and technology.
