吳宗信教授及博士班學生蘇正勤受邀至University of Bern, Switzerland 參加 Workshop for Comet C-G and Rosetta Simulation (Jan. 21-24, 2013). Space Research and Planetology division 的主持人Prof. Nicolas Thomas 將利用APPL 研發超過10年以MPI 與 GPU 平行計算的DSMC code （針對 rarefied gas dynamics) 進行彗星特性的模擬, 瞭解它的形成特質.
