Prof. Jong-Shinn Wu is honored to be invited to be the Co-chair of 16th ICFD 2019 (International Conference on Fluid Dynamics) which is to be held in November 6-8, 2019, Sendai, Japan. Note this conference is organized by the well-known Institute of Fluid Science, Tohoku University, Japan annually since 2004, with several hundredrs of attendee each year.
